The product may only be applied on field areas which are not used for agricultural, forestry or horticultural purposes with the approval of the competent national authority. Such areas include all areas which are not permanently covered by buildings or roofing, including all traffic areas such as railway tracks, roads, paths, yards and business sites and other pieces of land changed by civil engineering measures. Violations may be punished by fines of up to 50 000 EUR. |
