NT140	Application of the product with a water application rate of less than 150 l/ha has to be conduct-ed with a field sprayer that is listed with a drift reduction class of at least 50 % in the list of "loss-reducing devices" in the first announcement on the entry of tested device types in the descrip-tive list pursuant to Section 52 (2) of the Plant Protection Act of September 10, 2013 (BAnz AT 23.10.2013 B4), as amended. The conditions of use for application with a drift reduction of at least 50 %	–	–
NW605-2	When applying the product on areas adjacent to surface waters - except only occasionally but including periodically water bearing surface waters - the product must be applied with equipment which is registered in the index of 'Loss Reducing Equipment' of 10 September 2013 (Federal Gazette AT 23.10.2013 B4) as amended.
