WH9161 The instructions for use must include a summary of weeds which can be controlled well, less well and insufficiently by the product, as well as a list of species and/or varieties showing which crops are tolerant of the intended application rate and which are not. – –

NT103 In a strip at least 20 m wide which is adjacent to other areas, the product must be applied using loss reducing equipment which is registered in the index of 'Loss Reducing Equipment' of 14 October 1993 (Federal Gazette No 205, p. 9780) as amended, and be registered in at least drift reducing class 90 % (except agriculturally or horticulturally used areas, roads, paths and public places). Loss reducing equipment is not required if the product is applied with portable plant protection equipment o – –
NW609 When applying the product on areas adjacent to surface waters - except only occasionally but including periodically water-bearing surface waters - the product must be applied observing the minimum buffer zone stated below.
